Grilled Teriyaki and Sesame Pork Kabobs

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of The National Pork Board and the #GrillPork campaign, however, all thoughts, opinions and tantalizingly tasty recipes are mine alone. Enjoy!

It's day two of Porkapalooza, and today I'm sharing another one of my favorite pork recipes-- Grilled Teriyaki & Sesame Pork Kabobs.

Cooking for a multi-cultural family can be a bit of a challenge, but these Grilled Teriyaki Kabobs manage to make us all happy and keep our bellies full. They're simple, delicious,  full of flavor and did I mention simple? These kabobs are perfect for summer cookouts and gatherings.

As I mentioned in my previous post, this month I've partnered up with The National Pork Board and we're showcasing healthy ways to grill your pork this summer. Be sure to stop by their site for TONS of delicious pork recipes this BBQ season!

Ready to get cooking? Let's get started!

1 lb of pork tenderloin or filet, cubed
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of pineapples, cut into cubes
1 purple onion, cut into wedges
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
8  bamboo skewers

Add pork, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds into a large disposable bowl. Shake bowl with contents inside. Place pork in refrigerator to marinate.

While the pork is marinating, soak the skewers in water. After about an hour, remove the pork from the refrigerator and skewer pork, onions, pineapples and tomatoes.  Grill for 10-15 minutes turning kabobs regularly.

Serve with any of your favorite BBQ sides--beans, cole slaw, salad, ect.
